Snowstorm of Reading

Our Blue Dogs celebrated the magic of literature with Rumsey's annual Snowstorm of Reading event! The event, held each year, invites students, faculty, and staff to share their winter break reading experiences. Participants are encouraged to create personalized snowflakes in the library, adorning them with their names, the titles of their favorite books, and the names of the authors. These unique snowflakes then find a home on the white birch branch in the library, creating a fun representation of the literary tastes within the Rumsey community. This tradition shares the enthusiasm for reading but also underscores the school's commitment to making reading a fundamental part of our culture. We integrate a love for reading into our curriculum and academic programs.
